The INFANT WELFARE SOCIETY OF CHICAGO provides a comprehensive program of medical, dental, educational and mental health services to poor children up to age 19. The clinic's staff of over 100 also offers prenatal, gynecological care, general health services and parenting information to poor women.

The Clinic serves children from birth to age 18 whose families are unable to afford private health care and whose family incomes meet the Federal Poverty Income guidelines. The primary service area is Oak Park and River Forest but children from surrounding suburban communities are welcomed as space permits.

The Medical Clinic services include physical examinations, immunizations, development assessments, social service referral and asthma patient education.

The Dental Clinic provides oral health examinations, cleanings and restorations.
